1. Why did he say the United States declared him an enemy instead of saying it was Governor  Claiborne? 
2. How can Claiborne say he is an enemy if he is being nice to everyone?
3. Why didn't they ask people to capture William C. C. Claiborne earlier? and $1500?!! Thats a whole bunch of money to capture someone
